A Healthy Diet

Certain foods can trigger an anxiety or panic attack. Diet elements like nicotine, caffeine, alcohol, and other food trigger adrenaline release, which are the prime stress inducing chemicals. Eat light, and have a protein & carbohydrate rich diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Oily food, heavy food, junk food, and soft drinks should be avoided at all times.

Regular and Active Exercise

One very effective way on how to cure anxiety attacks is through regular and active exercise. Exercise can improve an individual’s disposition exponentially. It helps get rid of stress chemicals and at the same time calms the mind. Jog or ride a bike through the park and enjoy the amazing scenery. Not only will it help you mentally, but physically and emotionally as well. It will help you develop a fit and firm body, at the same time build your self image and self confidence as well.
